“Violets In The Modern Age”

Please join us Saturday, April 20, 2024 for Lakeshore African Violet Society’s Annual Show. The theme of this year’s show is “Violets In The Modern Age”. In addition to that always beautiful “rainbow” of colours in our favourite plant’s flowers on the many show tables, you will also be able to view artistic designs based on the theme.

The location of the show is St. Philip’s Lutheran Church, 61 West Deane Park Drive, Toronto (in west-central Etobicoke). Free parking is available. We are also on the East Mall and Rathburn TTC transit routes.

If you are one of our usual annual visitors we will be pleased to welcome you back. Our members are very enthusiastic about seeing familiar faces in the visiting crowd. If you haven’t visited one of our shows before, we will be pleased to welcome you for the first time.

There will be opportunities to buy plants, cuttings and supplies from our members and at the club sales table. Some of the show plants will also be available for sale. Cash Sales Only.  Purchased show plants must stay in the show and be picked up by the purchaser after 4:00 pm on Saturday.  Please bring a box.

Come early if hoping to buy plants. The best ones sell out quickly. If you purchase show plants they must not leave the show until 4:00 pm.
